1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
During sales, new collection launches, or peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase required.

All shipments include tracking and are handled by our reliable carrier partners.
3. Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number sent via email as soon as your package ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Domestic (US/Europe): No additional fees.

Rest of World: Cupidpin is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs delays may occur occasionally and are beyond our control.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Cupidpin is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office.

For lost in transit (no delivery scan after 20 business days for RoW / 10 days for US/EU), contact us at ledentsovalex91@gmail.com and we will assist you.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, changes cannot be guaranteed. Returned packages due to incorrect address will require reshipping fees.
7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses (via USPS for US military addresses). Delivery times may extend up to 21 business days.
8. Order Delays
Occasionally, carriers experience delays due to weather, holidays, or global events. While rare, these are outside Cupidpin’s control. We will notify you if a significant delay is known.
